It appears the second part may prove more interesting. She talks about citizens protecting themselves...
Edit: Oh yeah, Part 2, 3:30 -7:30 minutes. Around 6:00 min mark, she implies that a woman should make a strategic choice about whether or not to fight back. The implication being that sit there and take it in order to prevent worse bodily harm. Also, how is "reasonable force" defined in MA law? I couldn't find the specific phrase and am not sure if it is a synonym for something else.
