Those will be anyone who fails to comply. Extra money for law enforcement in the bill for that.I see nothing about penalizing actual criminals.

I wonder if this will include first shooter games?
Yeah, political enemies can be disarmed via anonymous claim. Submit all the Canadian truckers names on one shot for example. Police show up at their doors and confiscate all guns.
- Addressing intimate partner violence, gender-based violence, and self-harm involving firearms bycreating a new “red flag” law that would enable courts to require that individuals considered a danger to themselves or others surrender their firearms to law enforcement, while protecting the safety of the individual applying to the red flag process, including by protecting their identity. It might help improve supply for us in the US.American Gun and ammunition manufacturers should ban the sale of their items to any and all entities in Canada. That would include their military and law enforcement. No sales and no shipping of any kind to anywhere north of our border.

They are working on it.I'm sure that anti gunners would love to have that law here
So, Canada has basically made it impossible for people who currently own handguns to do anything but either keep them until their death or hand them over to the government.
It will take a while before all handgun owners die off, so my guess is Canada is at some point going to order a mandatory buyback for all handguns and because they have licensing those that don't will get that the old door to door confiscation going.
This would be the Serbu/Barrett protocol.American Gun and ammunition manufacturers should ban the sale of their items to any and all entities in Canada. That would include their military and law enforcement. No sales and no shipping of any kind to anywhere north of our border.
The Canadian grandfathering strategy has always been "final solution within one generation...."So, Canada has basically made it impossible for people who currently own handguns to do anything but either keep them until their death or hand them over to the government.
