No problem - no permits needed for a tire, gasoline, and a match. They sure do seem to be in a big rush to disarm everyone for some strange reason.
A "rule"?
This is apparently more FUD about changing the interpretation of “engaged in the business of dealing in firearms,” as defined in FOPA '86. 18 USC § 921(a)(21)
With this bag of a**h***s, I wouldn't be sure of anything.I'm sure this is a bunch of hearsay and BS.
“The whistleblowers say the rule is being drafted by Senior Policy Counsel Eric Epstein, who worked as the Phoenix Field Office’s Division Counsel during Operation Wide Receiver (a precursor of Operation Fast and Furious).”
At this point, even if they did, I wouldn't put it past them pulling a Jackson: "John Marshall has made his decision, now let him enforce it."All this agnegy rule making has gotten out of control. The Supreme Court really needs to crack down on this Chevron Doctrine nonsense.

Unfortunately the Supreme Court has no enforcement powers. All this agnegy rule making has gotten out of control. The Supreme Court really needs to crack down on this Chevron Doctrine nonsense.
This one's easy. They aren't going to let Trump take a seat. Biden will be 2nd term and they'll skip 2028 entirely, so they'll pass the Australian Buy Back Bill. They'll outlaw private sales so when they show up to take stuff by force you can't use the "but I sold it to billy-bob" excuse. I'll be "produce the gun, or we shoot you dead in front of your wife and kids".In an election year? This seems to be getting ready for 2025.
No, its for the children.....Let me guess, it's a public health emergency.
Ain’t gonna work in the heart of this country like that….This one's easy. They aren't going to let Trump take a seat. Is it my eyes or is wiki claiming almost 400 million unregistered guns? There's nowhere near enough people willing to die attempting to disarm their neighbors to confiscate any amount of guns in this country. The first few bodies that drop would put a fast end to this scheme.
Yeah I figure that estimate is conservative, too. All in, I bet we have 1B guns, and a few trillion rounds. Good luck everybody else.Is it my eyes or is wiki claiming almost 400 million unregistered guns?
If it’s true they warms my heart #1

Agree, but Socialism and Communism are like rabies, it doesn't just clear up on it's own and they try to take you down with them unless you put them down yourself. This country has some tough decisions to make...Ain’t gonna work in the heart of this country like that….
Australia is a prison island full of ex penal colonies
They are a nation built on whipped dogs from the start
Is it my eyes or is Wiki also claiming that there are only 1 million registered guns?Is it my eyes or is wiki claiming almost 400 million unregistered guns?
