This isn't very Hollyweird, no photogenic actors or ****ing or special effects. Many combat medics are volunteers from various civilian backgrounds. It's a pro-drawn conflict without clear superiority and no cutting edge healthcare with no expense spared. Lots of casualties, few supplies, shit conditions with little support. Using civilian hospitals that weren't meant to handle this nightmare. This is an amazing insight into lives of people bearing the toughest emotional scars, the soft targets that don't shoot back.

"Medics won't be taken prisoners", "one medic is worth 100 infantry". This is a savage conflict and seps have no qualms taking a shot at medics. That and so many other things are so very very sad. My hat is off to you comrades. Not everyone would get a medal, but every one is a hero in my book.

I will have to finish watching when I have some spare time.

That is one job I would never want. No war is good, but those front line docs see the worst shit everyday.
