Browning HP Trigger Reset

I installed a C&S wide trigger on my Browning HP awhile back and I have been having a problem with the trigger reset. Occasionally the trigger will only travel forward to just before the point of reset. If I push it forward it resets. I tried to bend the spring to put a little more pressure on the return but, it did not help. Midway sells a heavier spring, and I guess that will be the next thing I try. Has anyone else had this problem, or have any ideas?

take the spring out-does the trigger move freely in the frame cut out with the pin in? sometimes the trigger may be a tad wide and cause friction in the cut out. also if the mag disconnect is removed it will return slower since the disco had a spring pushing against of the mag.
