9 dead in biker shooting in Waco, Texas.

We are The People our parents warned us about.

A 1%er is one of hundred of us who has given up on society and politicians one-way-laws. This is why we look repulsive (for you).
We´re saying we don´t want to be like you or look like you. "So stay out of our face!"
Look at your Brothers standing next to you and ask yourself if you would give him half of what you have in your pocket, or half of what you have to eat. If a citizen hits your Brother will you be on him without asking why? There is no way your Brother is always right but he is always your Brother!
It´s one in all and all in one. If you don´t think this way then walk away. Because you are a citizen and don´t belong with us.
We are Bandidos and Members will follow The Bandidos way or get out. All members are your Brothers and your family. You will not steal your Brothers possessions, money or women, class of his humor. If you do this your Brother will do you.

Someone ought to tell them that the only brother you can have is the one which came out of the same birth canal as you did, all the rest who claim so are selling one big ****ing story.
Can someone ask them if they'll donate do a kidney to one of their "brothers" (like real family members do) , or their measure of being a "brother" is giving someone $5 or half of your ham sandwich ?

I guess I shouldn't nitpick, but that isn't what 1%er means at all. Everyone thinks 1%er is some badass OMC, but it just means the group isn't sanctioned by AMA.

@Mr. Gold: I like the juxtaposition of individualism of bikers with the overt socialism of the OMC ethos. Very head-scratchy to me.

I have "brothers" that I don't share blood with, but would give a kidney to faster than I would some people I DO share blood with.

This latest leak, framed to provide sympathy to the Waco Police Department, claims that members of the Bandidos Motorcycle Club are arming themselves with “grenades and C4 explosives” and are plotting to kill “high-ranking law enforcement officials and their families with car bombs.” The “leaked bulletin” lists possible targets in Waco, Austin, El Paso, Dallas, Corpus Christi and Houston.
The alleged plots have been hatched to retaliate against police who shot “their brothers” as they emerged from the Twin Peaks restaurant last Sunday. The “leaked bulletin” based on information from an informant who cites members of the Bandidos and Black Widows Motorcycle Clubs as a source.
Except, there’s a problem.
The Black Widows Motorcycle Club, while it might carry a looming scary name, is actually the fictitious group from a Clint Eastwood movie “Every Which Way But Loose“. There is no actual Bike Gang called “The Black Widows” anywhere in the South or Southwest.

I still haven't seen a credible explanation for this meeting of four OMG's. And don't spin me some BS story about how they are all misunderstood innocent bystanders.

They were all just turning their lives around, cut them a break!

You mean why they were meeting? It was a CoC meeting, apparently.

That would be a pretty good troll, assuming the reporter got it right and wasn't trolled himself.

Nobody cares? Still over 150 bikers in jail facing potentially life in prison, surveillance footage is being withheld and a Waco cop heads the grand jury and nothing? Talk about short attention spans people here talk about others having.

There's no obligation to recuse yourself if you're *that* involved with the case?

“There was nothing to prevent the detective from being a qualified member of the grand jury, just like there is nothing to prevent him from being a qualified juror,” the judge said. “If there is nothing that challenges his impartiality, he is qualified. We have lawmen who get on jury panels all the time. Who is better qualified in criminal law than somebody who practices it all the time?

Really, judge? Really?

Really.jpeg

Don't worry, I'm pissed, I just know that is sop for cops to violate the law and cover up for each other. Nothing new just disappointing....

First they came for the biker gangs, and I wasn't a biker, so I did nothing

Its a grand jury dude, theres very little issue here.

I know grand juries are a joke but this makes it a transparent farce. That you think the system being openly bias, worthless, and basically just a dog and pony show and that is "very little issue" is telling.

Of the 200 bikers that were there 9 were killed 18 wounded and 170 charged with a capital crime that requires a grand jury indictment, and having a Waco cop serve as foreman isn't a big deal? Spoken like a cop. What better way to get indictments and ensure no cops, the people who actually did the killing, are indicted.

Yes, right as usual. Oh wait, not so much. Your post is spoken like someone who has never testified in front of a GJ or sat on one either.
You think the Waco detective would have that much influence on the other members of the GJ ? If thats the case then your argument should be with everyone on that GJ except the cop.

Whether it's right, wrong, or irrelevant, it's still a pretty dumb move. It's a volatile situation and perception or suggestion of impropriety just shouldn't be worth it.

That, I would agree with. A dumb move for sure, but I think his influence within the GJ is irrelevant.
