Your loved one's ashes made into ammo?

I'm guessing there are byzantine regulatory issues involved. Not only is there the type 6 FFL stuff, but I'm sure the funeral cartel has loaded all kinds of other crap on receiving and processing human remains.
Once the remains have been cremated, I suspect most regulations go away. Ashes are ashes and there is no longer any infection risk.

Many regulations in the in the funeral industry are pure rent-seeking having nothing to do with safety.
