Pretty damn close to it. They certainly wanted to know where we were at all times. Drove past Soloman02 and I multiple times after the fireworks were over.
He just hung out right behind us about ten to fifteen feet away.
That's when you strike up conversation with him and really make it uncomfortable for them.

About five minutes in, one cruiser showed up, and then two more and finally the party van.
