What camo?

Ok, my two cents,

Having been a 21E equipment operator
I started out in the USMC in the 90s, got my uniform codes from them. Came to the Army Guard in 03 and we were still in BDUs.

Thank you, and everyone else who's served, for your service.
 
I retain one set of ACUs, with appropriate name tapes patch's and insignia now that I'm out for the purpose of "blending in".

Sometimes it's nice to look like all the other folks for a minute. And, since rank is velcro, as are name tapes, as are unit patches... well, you figure it out.

Otherwise, neutral toned civvy clothes for urban... or hardhat and vest as described above.

Or Crye MC for "camping".
 
I am surprised how well the ACU pattern is doing in our NE woods...especially with sunlight falling in.

Always liked the ACU pattern...but looking forward to get my multicam in a few days.
