Washington Post article on obtaining gun in DC

I think this is a dupe, but I did read it for the first time. These journalist/liberal arts types crack me up: they have no confidence in their abilities. The guy says at the end that he sells the gun because he is afraid he will hurt himself or somebody else and won't have the confidence to use it to defend himself...

What a loser, how can anybody be so afraid of their own ability to control theirself and exercise skill and judgment through training?? The sad part is that he says he enjoys shooting guns, and will continue to do so by renting them at a range (but refuses to keep one at home).

He knows himself better then we do. If he doesn't trust himself, then neither do I. A man's got to know his limitations.
