My grandson sent me several pics from a cell phone trail cam this morning. Five different bucks, several does and turkeys all hit the feeding spot last night. We selected one heavy bodied buck with mal formed antlers that will be culled this modern gun season.
There's two others with one side missing from fighting. There will be venison in the freezer this season.
Will post when I get them sent to my computer.

Two of my cameras crapped out recently so I bought a new one with twice the pixel count. Am hoping to get better resolution images.

Took the rain on Monday as a free scouting day. Glad I did. Put this camera up on what I thought were buck beds about 300 yards away in some disgusting thickets. Sure enough.

Just checked my cams - haven’t had the heart to do it since my FiL went to the hospital, got worse and passed. Anyway - he’d been lusting after these for years - they are still here.

Also had coyotes (big ones together) bobcat, bear and raccoon - no porcupines though

Poor guy must be to tired from chasing tail all day to go after that one. The one time I saw a live chase in my backyard woods, I've never seen a buck move that fast in my life. The buck had a huge wide rack and was crashing through anything that got in his way to capture the prize!
