Million dollar idea: develop and patent a balloon that doesn't make a loud bang when it pops. Then bribe some politicians or .gov bureaucrats to outlaw loud popping balloons. Some guy in the UK almost succeeded with this with a patented design for a knife point that will hang up on clothes or tissue so stab wounds are less than 1" deep. He couldn't quite get a law passed requiring it though.
