I have a loose front "ramp" site on my GP100. Anyone ever expereinced
this? Attached are some pictures. You can see the two holes on each side.
not sure what type of tool to use. I would like to avoid a trip to the smith.

It's held in with a roll pin, you need a roll pin punch. Try a new pin and some loctite .

Sorry this doesn't help you, but I was surprised to see that your front site is different than my GP100. A quick look at the models showed that the 3" barrel uses a roll pin to hold the front site in. The 4" and 6" models have a spring-loaded clamp that holds the site it, so it's easy to replace the front site. (e.g. fiber optic)
