Hell, where do they even talk about due process during unconstitutional laws? Trump was going on about take first & confirm later. There's no due process in that.
So here we go again with 2nd and 4th violations for everybody. Though if Hillary were in office this probably would have been executive order by now.

That's why there are those that say the NRA stands for negotiating rights away. The NRA says to Stand & Fight yet they always seem to be making some concessions along the way throughout the years. They were talking about due process for Kavanaugh but for us peasants they're not concerned about it. Gun owners are considered guilty until proven innocent.
