Appendix carry, but if you have a muffin top then you'll get stabbed anytime you sit down. As others have said be a man and don't wear skinny jeans, leave that for the ladies

just carry OWB and leave your shirt untucked and open.

On a very slightly more serious note, this ancient thread by Underwhere "Hard time dressing for the ladies..." is both entertaining and informative. He basically addresses the situation where "When I'm not carrying IWB I look slim, sexy and man-pretty..."

I think the best solution was to get a little lipo-suction just where the holster goes.
