I have a Troy quad rail, and so far only have a forward vertical grip and a sling attachment point mounted to it. I've been looking at various rail covering systems from Knight's armament, Troy, Magpul, etc., and I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations or cautionary tales. Has anyone used the cut-to-length systems? Were you able to make clean cuts that looked decent?
Thanks in advance for your input.

I have the KAC covers on my rail.

I cut a couple of them straight across with a dremel tool for a custom length that fit with my Tango Down VFG.

They could probaly use some sanding, but I've had no problem with them.
