Since she arrived for her summer visit, she had been asking me about taking her shooting. Well, once I found out she wanted to go, I started talking about gun safety. At any given time, I will ask her. "What are the 4 biggies" and she will spout them off one right after another. Then I will ask her why each one is important. She's a pro at it!
As for trigger finger discipline, she is a much better listener than my nephew. While I was standing beside him, instructing him on what do do, I would have to continually pull his finger out of the trigger guard.
