Plate reader blocker spray

Best Plate blocker on the market.

I bought a can of that stuff years ago and applied it to two cars and one bike. I can officially state that it doesn't work for shit and I have the tickets to prove it.

Nuh-uh! That 400 year old Youtube video said otherwise! LOL

License Plate Spray doesn't work??? What will happen next? Demote Pluto to non-planetary status????

I used to hear that hair spray and a dusty road will obscure a plate. Never cared enough to try though. But does make sense
I got pulled over once in la. All gravel roads. Washed the car, never washed the plates as .gov owned them I refused to wash them. Told the cop the same, he wiped it off lols. I laughed all the way home.

Funny, I was thinking this while driving the Pike last night.

I also like their idea of a nice new on-ramp system post-toll-booths. Instead of rebuilding everything and making something safe, they stuck some duct tape and glue to the current system and called it a success. Don't spend $ on fixing the on and off ramps if you can direct that $ to pay people for nothing.

The Pike is now less safe because the toll booths have been removed and replaced with a solid median
Emergency vehicles no longer have a place to make quick U-Turns to hasten their response time to incident scenes.
They must now exit the highway completely, go down the road somewhere to turn around, then get back on the Pike in the correct direction. That extra few minutes delay can make a big difference when you're on fire, injured or trapped in a crash, or if you're having a medical issue such as a heart attack.

I have a remote activated license plate cover. I hit a button and it covers my plate. I haven't paid a speed pass toll in 4 years now.

Is it rigged up with GPS so it just does its thing when you get close to a gantry? otherwise id end up forgetting.... too much of a pain in the ass. I'd end up with even one of those stupid f***ing pay by plate bills in my mail and that would basically be cancer. (because I'd never get around to paying it).

Don't over think it.
Remove the plate and have the kids bedazzle it with enough bling that it will cause camera flashback...

I have a custom LCD cover on my plate. It turns grey like an ambulance window. I have it hooked up to turn grey at the sensors on the Pike. It is totally passive and knows where the sensors are because I programmed the locations using GPS. Been using it for almost a year and it paid for itself many times over.

Even if the plate blocker spray works when new, I don't think it would take a lot of time to lose its effectiveness. It would be interesting to see a test at 1, 3, 6 and 12 months.

It's similar to card counting - casinos LOVE people who think they can card count, which probably outnumber those who actually can.

Did you make it yourself?

... If they're getting paid TWICE and claim that it's the "safest road in Murrica", shouldn't they actually paint new lines once in a while???? Even crappy 146 in RI has better markings than the Pike. So much for safety.

When my son was home at Christmas, one of his buddies bought him a 1.75 of Fireball. He wanted a small 375, at most. 100 would have been fine.

So this annoying bottle of Fireball's been on my hutch for 3 months. I look at it the other day. It's bedazzled. "Sam - has this bottle been bedazzled since the get-together." "Oh no, Dad. I was bored and did that last week." (Sam is eldest daughter.)

It certainly didn't shield me from mediocre spirits overly flavored with cinnamonmon-cinamonmon.

I’m just saying that fake spray of snow they sell for your house windows around Christmas is great stuff

Actually, most casinos are very wary of card counters and have extensive counter-measures (like frequent shuffling) they use against them. I can teach a monkey to count cards in 15 minutes. What I can't do is make them spend hundreds of hours practicing until it becomes second nature.
