Just saw this today, looks like the idea is to have anyone who owns over 10 guns in the city to have them in a "Vault" with an alarm system wired directly to the LPD so they can monitor its opening and possible breaching. Also the bill suggests that someone who owns more than five, to have them secured in a "Vault" or otherwise face 2.5-5 years in jail.
Opinions?
