I just got my hands on this, which is more fun to shoot than I had imagined, I have it for "Home Defense" and am sleeping with it under my pillow [laugh] I have it loaded up with 3" Buckshot, 00 Buckshot, and 000 Buckshot all in random order. They were right all along 13 is unlucky[rofl]

PS: I know I could get 15 rounds in if I opted for the 2.3/4" shells Meh.

My first AR-15 lower build.
Better yet, it started out as an 80% lower.
Best yet - it function checked and range-checked just fine.

Got my new Nordic Components 22lr upper and Primary Arms micro red dot. Wow this is thing is nice. Mounted fine with my Anderson lower. Just need to get it sighted in.

Finally got all the pieces together - Ive had the savage 12FV donor action for a while but everything else is pretty much new.
Choate Ultimate Sniper Stock
Shilen 6xc Barrel.
Rifle Basix SAV-2 trigger set to 8 oz
And my favorite of them all, the Vortex Golden Eagle HD 15x60x54 Scope.

Took it out today and shot a 1/4 inch group at 100 just sighting it in and testing all the parts. Im very proud of my mechanically inept self for changing out the barrel and the trigger by myself. Thanks youtube

Also this month, I sold a few things so I could buy a decent rig for USPSA/Steel challenge.

CR speed belt and versa mag pouches with spacers for 1911 mags. Already had a bladetech holster. These mag pouches aren't cheap but they're basically universal so if I want to shoot my CZ I don't need to buy new pouches.

Get to try it out tomorrow at WSA.

Looking pretty sweet there

Picked up a 15-22 from my boss, came with a cheap BSA red dot, it works good though.

Been a busy few months and shame on me for not keeping up with acquisitions, but here's one from one of my regular shops I keep in business: Kahr's Auto Ordnance 1911 WWII reproduction. Was a used gun in the shops inventory, priced right, and sat there for more than a few weeks (maybe because of the idiot scratch, haha). Finally broke down and said "I need another 1911"....

CMMG Upper that I've had for a while in the safe;
80% lower that I milled out today;
CMMG lower parts kit;
AR-Gold trigger, (Amerian Trigger);
Magpul furniture;
Nikon Scope.

Passed the function checks, I'll go see if I can hit a 500 yard target with it tomorrow morning...

UPDATE - I can, (hit a 500 yard target with it).

I don't normally post my new acquisitions online, but this thing is freakin' cool!

CDNN had a special deal on them a few weeks ago so I couldn't resist ($299 with a free brick of ammo), I just picked it up from my local FFL on Saturday. It's the same size and weight of an original, which means it's heavy!
