Reading a few other stories on the subject, i see this is his 4th offense for carrying without a license.....nice to see he's not a first time flyer.

Someone screwed up at the Clerk’s office. The code for 4th offense carrying is 269/10/M. The code for large capacity magazine is 140/131M/A. It’s a typo.

So it seems the poor slob is being held without bail because "No conditions of release imposed upon the defendant will reasonably assure the safety of the community". He's charged because his LTC was revoked. He has never been accused of a crime of violence. His license was revoked because he pissed off a librarian who called the police.
