My brother lives in the UK. I have a couple of his rifles here in Georgia and the rest of his firearms are in Texas because he can't have them there. They're pushing for a ban on knives.

Keep in mind that MA is not in violation of the 2A as far as state and federal courts are concerned. That's what the 2A means to those in power, almost nothing. Words on paper are meaningless without force to back them up. In the end, might will always make right.

He just had to pay a 1500 pound fine and attend "Anti-Knife crime" workshops because he had a replacement blade dispenser with more than 5 blades in it bolted to the trim saw table in the back of his van. The Magistrate said five spares would be reasonable, not the 14 he had in the container.....

I don't anticipate a complete ban soon, but I don't think a ban + grandfather isn't out of the question within 20 years. Once that happens it is just a matter of time.

Also, SCOTUS is not taking these cases because it isn't on our side. See the dissent gorsuch wrote. They know exactly what the constitution and case law requires and they don't want to do it.
