Man arrested at BU trying to carry guns into graduation ceremony

But the licensed BU guy gets locked up for a mental evaluation and 100k bail for two legally owned guns. This unlicensed thug carries 2 stolen guns and only gets 15k.

Prosecutors practically get a murderbroner whenever someone who has something to lose walks into the courtroom. Most of the "Thug 4 Lyfe" types have no real assets, licenses to lose, etc, and they don't care too much about going to jail. There is no "chilling effect" of prosecuting one of these guys most of the time. There is one, however, when you take some "average middle class guy" and do it to him, though.
