I've heard it mentioned a few times that if a landowner takes the state's Conservation Land tax exemption, the law requires they make it available for hunting. But try as I may I can not find the actual law that says this. Was wondering if the NES brain trust could help me out here...
There are a couple of land trusts in my area that I know have tax exemptions but keep their land closed to hunting and I'm feeling froggy.
