Agree with you BlkHawk73
I agree with you BlkHawk73, I would not recommend Riley's either. They have one or two decent knowledgeable fellows that work in there, but most of the 'counter help' are not very knowledgeable or experienced and I have overheard the counter help frequently giving the classic sales pitches of trying to sell you what they have and not necessarily what you want. Riley's has become somewhat of a joke in NH frequently referred to as the K-Mart of Gun Shops.
I always enjoy walking around in the Kittery Trading Post and anytime I can get away for a half day, I take a trip out there, always a nice experience, nice facility to walk around in, nice selection of firearms and accessories, a lot of good places in the area for coffee and / or food.
The Smith & Wesson Retail Store in Springfield is certainly a great place to visit. Nice selection of firearms, nice accessories, very clean range on site that is available to the public to use, they even have available a wide assortment of their pistols to rent, extremely nice staff, definitely worth the ride.
If your not up for a trip to the coast or over to Springfield and are near Route 93, and want to talk to someone knowledgeable about firearms and will look out for your interest and treat you right, and will order exactly what you want, go to Manchester Firing Line, the owner, Jim McCloud is a great guy, him and his staff are knowledgeable, nice and respectful. He has a very interesting selection of firearms you can rent and shoot right there. I usually get my corbon ammo there also, his prices on ammo are good. I don't have stock in the place, just go there often and see how he and his staff treat people, the right way. He has a son in Iraq and recently coordinated filling a wish list for a unit deployed there. Just a good guy.
