No wait... the really ****ed up part is... is that you probably ARE serious.... [rofl]

Take alook at the bill of rights and you tell me what has been largely untouched..

Just like Obama won't mess with any firearms issues till after the elections.. When the time is right if the government wants to they will take away firearms rights for good. Not saying I want that to happen or agree with it but it can be easily done.

The 1st and 4th amendments have gotten a lot better protection than the 2nd has over the years. It took us almost 100 years to get the legal protection that the others have had since god only knows when. (eg, incorporation).

Also, your understanding of the limits of the executive's power is deeply flawed.

I will agree with the 1st not really being touched to much in terms of laws but the government does their best to quiet certain groups and the 4th are you kidding, the police have more power then ever to search and detain for no reason all for national security.

A executive order may not stick for something like this for very long but could be done..

Good gun law? Are you out of your commie mind? There is no such thing. Go back to the U.K. Your socialist shithole called and they want you back.

If I came off a little harsh, good. Don't shit on the Constitution, and I'll come off much nicer next time.

You guys are funny! You do understand the constitution was created by the same people that control the government now right?? You know the same ones that want to take your gun rights away! The rich elite who control everything in government.

Point taken, i dont like the laws but i do believe in traning but as a lote of people exspressed hear the mandatory part of the fsc is the problem and after seeing that it makes no difference in safty it apparently is shit

The effectiveness of training is directly proportional to the desire of the person taking it to use it. You can have the crappiest training program in the world and someone who actually wants to learn is going to take something away from it and you can have the best training program in the world and someone who is only there because it's mandated is going to come away with no change in behavior.

Other rights have taken a beaten and are slowly being taken away right under our noses, that has a lot to do with the fact that so much attention has been given to the 2nd amd. and less towards other rights.

You're wrong. Rights are lost because people like you allow them to be gradually eroded away. Like supporting mandatory training to exercise a Constitutional right. By supporting that requirement, you're eroding away my rights.

You imagine that training makes people safer. You're wrong there too. NH and VT do not require any training, and they have fewer firearms accidents than Mass. You can look it up.

You are a statist. You 'feel' that something is true, so you want to impose it on everyone.

Mind you own damn business. You want training? Get it.

Oh, its you again. Why do you pay to troll? People do that without going green, you know? Well, I guess its nice that you at least have the respect to pay money in exchange for polluting this forum with crap that you know is utter BS. And, if you don't know it, you might want to have your head examined.

Shouldn't you be at the May Day occupy protests, beating a drum and demanding money from people who earned it the honest way?

Agreed, kinda applies to most things in life too

I'm not a doctor, but I'm pretty sure they're dead.

Ok so if you guys don't want the training why is it a law then? I do my part with voting and anything else but it really doesn't matter at the end of the day.. The same people are re elected year after year and nothing changes. Look at Scott Brown all pro gun when running and does nothing to help when elected. Do you really think that us common folk think matters? It has been the same ever since the bill of rights were drafted the elite and rich control all. How many congressman and senators do you know that are poor?

How many many guns in each state?

Brandon, you're the anti-gun troll that outed yourself and turned this thread into a disaster:

http://www.northeastshooters.com/vbulletin/threads/156032-A-Sad-Story-of-Woe/page25

What woke your gun control agenda up?

His ban expired . . .

You've only been anti-gun since you found out you were a federally prohibited person.

I get pissed off any time someone supports the erosion of my civil rights. Like you and Brandon.

I like how you guys say I'm against your civil rights when I'm saying the exact opposite, if you read my post.

Watch it for posting idiot?? But it's fine when people are throwing names at me.
