1776 Gunsmithing in Walpole did mine, a while ago, but Don got fed up with MA gun laws and moved to FL. I would ask Dave SanturriNo this question is not from 2015. May be buying one and i am not very confident in doing it myself. Any gun smiths still do these things in MA?
Its on a 308 which involves drilling an extra hole i believe. Id hate to spend money buying a post ban rifle to mess it up and be out a lot of money.
