How do I get registered?

Hey everyone,

Sorry to bother but I am having trouble figuring out how to register. I just want to be able to post guns for sale and purchase yours. I am not a dealer, just want to know if I can post for sale/for trade here. Anyone know how I get registered to be allowed to do so?
