H&R 1900/05/08/15 Single Shot Shotgun Spring Removal

Can anyone tell me how to gracefully remove the locking bolt spring and guide on a H&R 1900/05/08/15 Single Shot Shotgun? I have searched the internet and youtube. I am sure i can get it out but unsure how to get it back in. There must be a trick to compress or pry without damaging anything. Pic of the spring and guide from ebay to assist with part ID. Thanks

Please Disregard. I just compressed the spring a couple coils in and it came out. Putting back in was a bit harder but did the same thing. Thanks
