This was in today's Wall Street Journal. It has a lot of facts and statistics showing how the AWB did not reduce crime, good explanations of differences between military and civilian weapons, and the pointlessness of magazine restrictions. It will give you some good information to use in your discussions, and was written by John Lott, Jr, who had a front row seat for all this crap.

Possibly the most important part of the article, IMHO, is that the researchers commissioned to study it could find absolutely no correlation between the AWB and the reductions in gun violence, and that gun violence has gone down steadily since the AWB ended.

( this shouldn't be behind the site login; if it is, you should be able to get to it through wsj.com and go to the opinion section.)

Why ruin a feeding frenzy with facts.

-tapatalk and Devin McCourty blow chunks-

There is a picture of Sen. Frankenstein there with the words "enlarge image" under it. Why the hell would anyone want to enlarge that image?

I have read multiple articles with conflicting facts about whether a rifle or handguns were used in the recent shooting. Anyone have a link to something concrete with facts?
