I was hoping people on here could recommend some good books to read about firearms.

I've read "Unintended Consequences" by John Ross and enjoyed it because it included lots of truthful historical observations about the history of gun control.

Anybody read "Unintended Consequences"? Could anybody recommend any other books which they consider must-reads?

Both fiction and non-fiction are OK.

Loved UC, which I read a few years ago. Check out both of Matthew Bracken's books, "Enemies Foreign and Domestic" and his sequal, "Domestic Enemies, The Reconquista."

If you want a great dissertation on battle rifles, check out "Boston's Gun Bible," by (believe it or not) Boston T. Party. Boston has a number of other books as well.
