First, thanks MrsTank for the photos. The last good bunch of "real" (as opposed to most media) pictures I've seen were a large bunch that a colleague from NY had brought back after doing his second EOD tour in Iraq.
On the side thread (would that be the warp?), goat is getting a bad rap due almost entirely to ignorance and some religious imagery in which sheep are good and goats are bad. As long as you don't ruin it in the preparation and cooking goat is very close to lamb, only better. That last comparison is subjective, of course, but tends to reflect the opinion in most cultures where both are regularly consumed.
