Reading between the lines, it's now on The Party's radar. Also, the police lobby doesn't like those beneath them having Five-seveNs.
East Palo Alto Double Murder, Richmond Slaying Linked to Pistol Model That Alarms Authorities
The NBC Bay Area Investigative unit has learned that over the last year, more than a dozen crimes – including at least three homicides – have been tied to a high-powered handgun that authorities say has an especially lethal capability.

“When you get this type of a firearm, it really raises everybody’s antenna of concern and fear,” said San Mateo County District Attorney Steve Wagstaffe about the FN Five-seveN pistol, which can fire both conventional and illegal armor-piercing 5.7 mm rounds.

“It’s a scary thing,” the prosecutor said, “because it can go right through a protective vest of a law enforcement officer.”

Wasn't Ft. Hood conducted with a Five-seveN?

And why is the ability to pierce the vest of a law enforcement officer at all a standard of measurement? So many cartridges can, and BA owned by anyone else is at least similar to what LEOs wear, so who cares? I truly despise the way these "journalists" twist and manipulate the English language to make people fear things they don't understand.

Is there anything that doesn’t “alarm authorities” anymore? The bravest, toughest country on the planet has become the biggest bunch of soft handed pansies in history, thanks only to the political elites who’ve never worked a day in their lives and the 24/7 fear mongering arm of the USSA.

Christ if it wasn’t for plastic also being horrifying we’d all be forced to turn in our silverware so we don’t stab ourselves while we’re eating.

remember cams, we are talking about a nation whose state and federal employees are hiding at home (working) under their beds at full pay.

I find your hostility alarming

In other news water is wet

And a Capitol surrounded by armed troops and barbed-wire fencing because authorities are alarmed that we’re not as stupid and docile as they thought.
I would take exception to the "stupid" part, because all those morons were attacking the capitol based on a complete and utter lie of a stolen
election which they went running off to overthrow the government based on crap they read on their Facebook feed.

You can take exception to whatever you want, that’s the American way. It’s accepting differences in opinions that actually allows for and advances change, not just temper tantrums and cancel culture from the dim witted liberal socialists.

You write that like you think people won't recognize what it says about you.

Ok, utter lie of a stolen election.....

machines suddenly experiencing glitches when the incumbent is ahead
mail in voting, no voter id or any ability to verify voter id
election watchers not permitted to watch tally
selected ballot counters allowed to stay and roll out boxes of ballots (on film)
the same brand machines that glitched out in the presidential election glitch out in the georgia election only in strongly conservative districts, coincidence?
various state and federal legal entities flat out refusing to examine the case of fraud

so where's the lie?

Also, if you were Jose Xiden and so absolutely sure you won, wouldn't you support a total recount, even a whole new election, so you could put it to bed once and for all. You could say "See orange man, you lost again, now go the F home"?

Don't say the republicans would cheat on a recount, they're too weak and cowardly to do anything other than talk about stuff.

Well Henry, since you bring it up again, you can answer the questions I've asked you the last few times you brought it up but conveniently ignored. How do you account for the video, computer code, and over 10k sworn affidavits testifying to:
  • five swing states stop counting simultaneously on election night and the leading candidate suddenly fall behind the following morning?
  • 700k more mail-in ballots received than sent in just one swing state (which happens to be the precise value of the vote gap bridged overnight)?
  • dozens of ballot dumps with the same ratio of votes between two candidates?
  • reverse-engineering the algorithm that perfectly predicts when those ballot dumps would take place?
  • ballot dumps reflecting tabulation faster than the machines are physically capable of?
  • software updates to voting machines (in violation of policy) less than 24 hours before the election?
  • thousands of ballots, all in favor of one candidate, and with no other votes cast down-ballot?
  • boxes of ballots delivered overnight?
  • the same ballot counted through the machine over ten times?
  • 25k mail-in ballot requests, all for nursing home residents, filed simultaneously?
  • ballot distributions violating Benford's Law for integer distribution, only in swing states, and only for one candidate?
  • a swing state altering ballot-counting policy while ballots were being counted?
  • poll-watchers from only one party denied access, even after a court order?
  • polling places board their windows to prevent outside observation while they counted?
  • votes exceeding the number of registered voters in multiple jurisdictions (highest I saw was 202%)?
  • voter participation in one state so much higher than the previous five elections that it was 7.9 standard deviations above the sample mean, exceeding 8 margins of error (a 0.000001% chance of occurring randomly)?
  • those responsible for certifying the election being threatened into silence when they expressed concern about irregularities?
  • the background of Dominion and Smartmatic, the software's origins in Venezuela, its responsibility for electing Hugo Chavez and Nichoas Maduro, rejection by multiple other countries, etc?
  • companies responsible for calculating votes scrubbing their websites and social media accounts of employees?
Or are you just okay with these things because orange man bad?

Though I ask rhetorically. We all know the answer, and your continued refusal to respond only confirms it for us. See "Pascal" in my sig.

Back on topic, this story makes me want a 5.7 pistol just for spite. Only thing stopping me is tight cash from buying a new house. And I don't need another caliber.

You’d have to be pretty stupid to think that was an attempt to overthrow the government.
