Yeah sitting here having a drink watching it id obviously have thrown a tactical roll in and snatched the gun from his hand
But since he is not a member of the stud club I think he did fine.

Appears to have taken place somewhere south of the border so pretty much an everyday occurrence. The problem solver was very prepared and no one is going to give 2 F's.

Murder? The perp had a gun and was obviously willing to use it...he ran but no guarantee he wasn't going to turn around and use it...in fact it looks like he was getting ready to.
Damn that first shot to the right shoulder area looked like it didn’t even faze him. Funny watching his legs straighten out like a goat or a cow that just keeled over. One less a-hole in the world is never a bad thing.

He may have been shot in the back, but the end of the video you could argue he rolls to his side and might be attempting another shot, so to me, it doesn't look like the threat was over.
Then again, could just be shot number 3 hittin em.
