According to Fox25:

FOX25 has reached out to the City of Boston and the New England Patriots to find out why the group has been denied from participating. The City of Boston got back to FOX25 Tuesday morning and said it was not their decision.

Not sure how true that is. I'm pretty sure no one else gives a shit since they're at every ****ing home game. Unless they thought the old guys couldn't keep pace with the parade? But why not stick them on a duck boat in that case?
