I'm sure rental car companies have been doing that for years.Looks like Oregon has a statute prohibiting discrimination based on age.
I was referring only to Oregon not allowing age discrimination.Renting a car is not an enumerated Constitutional right!

Constitutional rights are not absolute to anyone under the age of 18.We deny constitutional rights based on age all the time- search and seizure in schools being the biggest one I can think of.
As long as they don’t deny a gay themed wedding cake. That is illegal.Tough one. He might have a case based on age discrimination, but I believe FFLs have the right to deny sales to anyone they feel like, they don’t HAVE to sell a gun to someone they feel are suspicious for example.
I'd argue that continues to expand to colleges, so older than that.Constitutional rights are not absolute to anyone under the age of 18.

I didn’t look too hard but couldn’t find any cases on google scholar regarding rental car companies and that statute.I'm sure rental car companies have been doing that for years.
Those are not constitutional rightsSale of cigarettes and alcohol as well.
ONE age of majority has to be established for everything.
When you agree to go to a college you are giving them consent for certain things. If you live on campus they may have the right to search the dorms but can not search your residence if you live off campus. It’s not an age issue.I'd argue that continues to expand to colleges, so older than that.
The government can do whatever it wants as long as it doesn’t violate the constitution. Those are not constitutional rights
Show me the clause in the 2A that covers sales, I can’t find it.Those are not constitutional rights
