For all intents and purposes there is none. Which is too bad because just about everyone wears their shirts un tucked. Concealed carry would be very easy.
While I was in Honolulu, I saw people walking down the street handing out cards for three different gun clubs. They all seem to cater to the large number of Japanese tourists, since they can't have any guns at home in Japan.
I didn't check out rates, since I was interested in shooting while I was there.
Finally, I did see an advertisement on TV for a gun shop. They showed a large selection of long guns and hand guns for sale. I didn't get a chance to stop in since we had so much other stuff going on.
