A concealed carry permit holder killed an alleged robber Friday shortly before 5:30 a.m. during a shootout in Chicago.

Good shoot but what a dumbass. This is Chicago - the bad guys are likely to have fully automatic Glocks. When the bad guy already has a gun pointed at you and you haven't drawn yours yet, drop your decoy wallet, step aside, wait for bad guy to pick it up and then mag dump his ass.
