This is how insane things are getting with gun laws in CA. I'm sure there are many other politicians who would love to do the same thing in other states. In a nutshell. Guy complies with the new law to register his "Ghost Guns" made from 80% recievers in California. Submits the paperwork and presto...Cali DOJ makes a stop and picks them up.
