"Maybe" - the thing is one could arge a 209a is already severe and worrying about this is like saying "if an F5 tornado comes and destroys my entire house, i might get hit by lightning immediately afterwards". I know people who just gave up after the 209A bs alone. Others, the process dragged out for years.
