A friend of mine has somewhat of a similar situation to Richmond. He has a more recent drug possession (I believe with intent to distribute). From what I remember, the case was either dropped or charges weren't filed due to clerical issues.

I discouraged him from applying for an LTC in his red town without talking to someone first. Do you think he would be someone you would like to be in contact with?
