Is there a way to ease around this?

I will begin highpower competition in the Spring but have not history of competing and would like to submit a purchase request for a M1. I also don't qualify under other circumstances (military, LEO, etc.)

Thanks!

(sorry in advance if this has been answered elsewhere and/or if this is the wrong forum)

Thanks for the info. I obviously did not read the details well enough to see that a LTC counts as a "related activity".

i dont think they make it very clear but its been a long time since I read the cmp requirements.
Also dont forget to get the page notarized and wait until your at the notary to sign it. I go to local ups store or bank for notary.
the notary is good for like 3 years or if you change any info like address and shipping address
