I couldn't get through.
Baker has shown his true colors. Was never even mentioned until the first call proving to me this was a "stealth" attack on our rights.
When forced on the issue he claims she is within her jurisdiction to wake up one day and reinterpret the law. This was planned and everyone in our local government knew and remained quite as they support it.
I'm going outside to hang my flag upside down and put a "for sale" sign out front(my wife is very unhappy with this).
I refuse to stay here and pay taxes that pay the salaries of these traitorous scum.

I missed the initial call, and just over 8 minutes in the middle when the stream stopped and I was away from my desk, but I recorded this.
The initial volume is low but I increased the gain while the first uninteresting call was made.
(I really need to brush up on my use of Audacity.)

I understand what you're saying and in any normal state in the U.S. I would agree. I just don't think it matters here, but I hope you're right and I'm wrong.
We are outnumbered, second class citizens here. We are the enemy. The people are brainwashed, the bureaucrats have an agenda, and we pretty much have no options remaining.
I'm here fighting this with you and we'll see where it goes.

Not to hijack the thread, but this comes up all the time. Vote your conscience not for the candidate you hate less. If that means turning in a blank ballot, so be it.
I'm not ready to write him off quite yet. From what he said and what his aide is saying, it is clear that they did not read the documents that the AG released. They think this is merely a "going forward" issue, which it is not.
Sadly MFS made it easy for her to correctly conclude that the AWB was meaningless and that operationally a pre-ban or post-ban gun operates the same way and can be mis-used in exactly the same ways. Well, if he educates himself on what she did state and backs off even somewhat (on existing guns) that would be a step in the right direction. We'll see!
Baker is pure Bloomberg type pro-big-business type.
He is interested in Big Things, like bringing GE headquarters from CT to Boston.
Business people here in MA love him. As far as stupid mouth breathers like us, we should just vote for him and shut up.
In a way he is worse than the Dems because the Dems do give stuff to their supporters. Repubs take our votes for granted and then spit in our face.
Really rich people, even when they are pro-gun, they usually go "eh, I'll just buy some nice ARs and keep them in my Florida house or in my Arizona condo, I'm here for work anyway."

Yeah, they should have said - no, these are not assault weapons, they've been fully modified to be compliant with MA laws, we are all good obedient sheeple here, no assault weapons, nothing to see here, they just look scary but they are totally harmless, wouldn't kill a fly, no sirree.
What some gun advocates are doing is pointing the stupidity in AWB to liberals - then a light bulb goes in their heads and they say - hey, AWB ban IS stupid, of course we should ban ALL semi-auto and in general all fast shooting weapons, like those smart folks did in Australia and the UK.

I had thought of turning mine upside down...Being a Veteran I found that to disrespectful and just took it down. I have flown my flag light each and every night since 9/11. I periodically Fly several others below it. Navy Jack, Gadsen, Army of the Irish republic even my NRA life member flag. All noticed by my neighbors, great thing is they know I raise them to make a statement and they actually take the time to stop and ask why. Almost as quickly took my American Flag down several neighbors were at the door....I rolled out the beers and we talked until just after midnight....Anyway many are not into guns but they sure as hell understood what had happened and how it could effect there constitutional rights in the future. Sorry to highjack the thread.

That's exactly why I didn't fly mine upside down. I went with the Gadsden instead.
Being that so many people still don't even know about this stealth attack.
If hillary wins in November I will absolutely be flying the flag upside down in accordance with the U.S flag code Title 4 Chapter 1 Code 8 " (a) The flag should never be displayed with the union down, except as a signal of dire distress in instances of extreme danger to life or property."
I think my interpretation of this concerning hillary is far more valid than Healy's latest stunt.
As I drove by the governor's house on my way home today I noticed the statie who is usually lounging in the air conditioned vehicle was out on the sidewalk and scanning the surroundings.

I agree with Len to see what he does. From his answers, it sounded like all he had received on it this morning was a briefing, and the 2nd caller on the question definitely brought that out. Len and others are working to get the message through that this is more than the AG simply going after shops that violate the actual ban. Baker needs to read the letter and talk to Comm2A. Have to see what happens. I really hope you guys aren't screwed. But like I said, we can use the pro-2A voters here where 'we' have a voice.
