So Ive heard Charlie Baker will be on ask the governor at 11AM on WGBH call in. Those of you who are well spoken, light it up. Figure out what some of the other issues are and lie about wanting to talk about them and then shift the topic. Dont let anyone else get through. Ill be in a meeting unfortunately.

stuck in a meeting then, however, having worked in radio and on the call in booths, the best strategy today is to organize now - its 7:08 - dedicate a thread to those who can actually call in and have the time to hang on the line. CLOG the line on this issue and make it OUR issue and every caller needs to demand action and accountability - have your talking points lined up, write them down if need be and deliver.

The clock is ticking.
 
I read in another link he put out a statement supporting her. Though I question what he can actually do, he needs to realize, his support just lost my vote.
 
Jim Braude is decent to listen to but that lady with him is a nightmare. Whenever they bring up guns she is saying things like, I don't even know why anybody would need to own a gun. They will let one pre-screened call through ask about it, hang up on the caller and then talk about it for 5 minutes.

Those of you who cannot call post some of the points you'd like to hit on so we can war game this.

I'm planning on asking since when does Healy interpret law and dictate the constitutional rights of the people without representation. Gun issue aside, how is this even legal in America for her to do?

Is he still doing the show with Margery Eagan? I listened to WGBH when I was driving a truck a few years ago and would have to turn it off whenever they came on. Braude is a socialist, but makes sense. She is utterly vapid.

Try suggesting what it would be like if the shoe were on the other foot (so to speak). Here's the way I re-phrased it to my anti-gun brother:

You think it's good that the chief law ENFORCER of a state is actually MAKING law now? How would you feel if a pro-life AG decided that the new definition of late-term abortion is any abortion after 12 weeks?

The show starts at 11AM, but Baker won't be on until noon.
 
Here is a tip from a professional radio show troll:

Give the call screener a different topic you'd like to speak about than the AWB & Healey.
 
Do yourself a favor and don't bother listening until 12:00. I was just reminded why I don't listen to the radio, especially NPR.
