as long as you can both legally posses the gun and ship it via UPS or Fedex, yes, but not thru the Post office for a handgun.

Long guns can go via the PO.

unknown, but I suspect NO, as states like CA, NY, NJ have really screwed up laws, worse than Ma., with purchasing permits, etc.

Every time I've purchased a firearm online, it's gone through a FFL. This goes for private individual sellers as well as commercial sellers, those are the laws and I'm not a criminal so I follow them.
