Did I hear some where that retired trooper may have tried to engage the shooter, as in while armed, commanding him to “stop, stop...”?
Anyone see anything about trooper being armed?

I heard that from one of the police or witnesses yes. Not sure if he was armed. No visible gun in the photo of him laid out.

I think the consensus is that Green tried to do something, either confronting the perp or warning away bystanders.

It's hard for me to imagine a retired statie who doesn't carry, though I don't really know. Maybe he was out gardening or something.

Highly intelligent people can talk themselves into all sorts of wacky ideas. I'd expect drugs or alcohol were involved in this scenario, maybe even a major life trauma of some kind. I wonder where the dude was going in such a hurry before he wrecked?

National Socialism is the red headed step child of socialisms, but plenty of people developed that shit just as any other funky "sciences". Is climate change that's been around for ages is less crazy?
