Sure it does. Lots of left wing extremists are “anti zionists” who hate Jews because of what Israel is doing to Palestinians. Therefore, it makes sense to see anti-Semitic writings, possibly headed toward a temple on Saturday.

It’s entirely possible he hated black people too. Just because he’s left wing doesn’t make him not racist. That said, I think it’s entirely possible the only reason he killed his victims was because they were the two to step up and try to stop him or derail his plan in some way.

The woman was definitely not in the act of confronting him at the moment she was shot, though what she'd been doing just before isn't something I know about. She was shot in the back and wound up lying in the middle of the road, while he stayed on the sidewalk, the whole thing happening more than a block south of the crash JUST before the turn onto Veterans Road. Either she was on his side of the sidewalk, fleeing across the street, or she approached him from the other side of the street but then turned to flee. Or she was following him from the crash site, or he encountered her head-on on the sidewalk. I'm sure the authorities already know.

He'd already encountered lots of people around the crash site by that time, shooting none of them.

I can maybe see her chasing him down from the crash site; nobody else seems to have tried to follow him as he walked away, which surprises me.
 
I'm still trying to figure out exactly where the retired statie was shot, and I'm about 95% sure it was NOT on the way to the synagogue at that point; I think the perp didn't turn onto Veterans at all after he shot the first victim. I suspect he crossed and continued on Shirley, as there just aren't that many "alleys in between houses" in that neck of the woods south of where the first victim was shot.

I swear, I should have been a detective. Lol.

I’d be curious too. If the daily beast article has correct information, then it sounds like he had deep seeded white supremacist beliefs anyway. But the seemingly spontaneous violence could definitely be induced by prescription drugs like sleeping meds.

I doubt it was an undiagnosed schizophrenic episode, because that usually appears in men before their mid-20s.

Back in my 'trolling the left' days online one thing always stuck out to me like a sore thumb. Most leftists are hardcore anti-semites. Many of them absolutely hate anyone or anything Jewish. In fact most leftists I've debated over the years let the slip show when they go on racist/homophobic tirades. They expect the world to fall into convenient buckets and when it doesn't the truth comes out.

I think one thing that needs to be looked at, and I’m sure they are, is if he or somebody close to him, had recently been a victim of some type of violent crime, driving him into this rage without much planning, reason or clear objectives.
