The Left's plan to disarm America:
Step 1: Label all political opponents (i.e. Trump supporters) "deplorables," then "domestic terrorists"
Step 2: Pass Red Flag laws
Step 3: Use this newly formed legal mechanism to disarm the half of America that is opposed to socialism

Straight out of Communist Europe!

Don't forget muzzle loaders too.
Scary stuff right there.
One round a minute (Well , in my case 3 or 4 minutes.)
Gives me the shivers just thinking about it.
And those were the original assault weapons of war that overthrew the govt. here...........................Other than the rock and stick way back when but, that's another story.

I'm surprised it took him this long.

There are also plenty of states that are foaming at the mouth to drop to their knees and blow him, ready to ban guns because bad guns are bad.
Yep, didn't read the contents but I see the Glob Biden Bootlickers Brigade has an anti 2A editorial. Timing? Well isn't that special!

When you look at the numbers of the Dems in congress and the amount of Rhinos now flipping weekly to distance themselves from Trump the end of gun ownership as we know it will be coming to an end. This is so sad and unconstitutional. I have no faith in the US Supreme and the Dept of Justice has become a bureaucrat arm for the far left. I am in my mid 70"s and never I thought I would see the this happen so quickly and easily. I'm a Nam vet and had over 30 years of law enforcement and this just sickens me. My Father in law was a WWII vet and a POW, he must be crying in his grave. Thanks for reading my Rant.

I don’t recognize him as president, so he and the ilk that sniffs his ass can pound sand.
For the life of me I can't find the "ilk" clip from City Heat (1984).
Wasn't the worst movie I've ever seen, great ensemble cast.
The only part I really remember is Lt. Speer ( Clint Eastwood ) talking about ilk.
I got the lines verbatim off of IMDB.

I agree with this... the RINOs are not even trying to pretend anymore. And the number of republicans/conservatives in our nation that say they support the 2A, but also get on the "common sense" bandwagon is astonishing. I know many friends who own handguns, shot guns, bolt actions and semi auto rifles, but even some of them say AR's aren't needed.

You add those (who seemingly like shooting sports) to the FUDDs, RINOs, and lefty grabbers, and the odds are going the wrong way.

I've also said it before, but be prepared for them to add seats to the Supreme Court to make it even more in their favor.

With all of the EO's coming out of the executive office, I'm expecting that there will be something that will help make the rest of what they want to do easier.

When Obama passed he worthless executive order on guns he stood up and said this is all you can do without legislative action. As a matter fact Biden was vice president but he probably doesn’t remember what he ate for breakfast this morning..

You can’t overrule the constitution by executive order. I guess you could but it would be up to the courts...
I don’t see them letting that fly at this point in time

Using an EO to overthrow the constitution is the very definition of tyranny. He can’t legally do it. If he tries, just ignore it while it works it’s way through the courts.

remember guys, the best thing trump did was appoint 3 judges to the SC. Let’s hope they are actual constitutionalists.

I thought so too.
Then they played pocket pool while the country was stolen from us.
2016 was the last fair election you will see in this country.
We have that same court to thank for it.

Have we heard from Doctor Jill yet?
She's too busy for that.

Early in today's Howie Carr show, one of the zoo crew commented that
"watching Dr. Jill escort Joe* onto Marine One for his first trip to Camp David
was like watching a mother escort a child to its first day in kindergarten".

Every moonbat gun control push at the federal level basically sounds like this for like 2-3 years until they run out of nerf bullets.... its best to just get some earmuffs...

(warning ear rape)

Rather than 50 state-by-state battles, we have only one Federal battle. But EOs well in advance of 2022 midterms is a challenge, as One-Term Joe can take the heat instead of Dems up for re-election.

Meh..... dems are not going to Skate on biden or anything he does. Especially not incumbents. Unless some of the more vulnerable ones start to push back to the middle, they're going to be eating a big platter of shit, at least in the districts where the voting is still somewhat honest. (obviously at this point the mileage varies on this approach).

I don't think "bans" or "taxation" is politically tenable but I think they will berth a gadget play that has about a 99% chance of ultimately failing. Then they will still move the ball down the
field far enough to get a field goal- which for the antis right now is bullshit like either federalized ERPO or UBC. Both of those chunks of bullshit, they know they can swindle enough retard voters into accepting, because the "why those things are very bad" explanation is something that inherently is longer than a 3 second sound bite. They also know that both things
will basically be forgotten about by johnny 3 box RetardoFag shooter by the time mid terms come around. (Ask 1000 shooters what the Lautenberg Amendment is, as an example, I bet the rate of the # of people who actually have some understanding of how evil it is, is under 10% of all gun owners. The same would go for a federalized ERPO. )

There is an endless parade of fudd dbags in this country that think that garbage like UBC or "red flag" legislation is "reasonable". Worse yet with the red flag thing they will pretend to apply due process to it by making it like Lautenberg, but anyone who has seen that movie knows that the first RO hearing is basically a form of political theater that goes against the accussed 99.9% of the time regardless of merit. Then the fudds/retards are like "I don't care about that because that will never apply to me" (like the bump stock thing, but basically 1000 times worse. )

As far as "adding seats to the supreme court" or other extreme things like that, if it gets to that point it is going to be impossible for them to prevent someone from losing their
shit over it. I mean in a "The next coming of Marvin Heemeyer the 2nd" opens his Canoe Factory or professional Cord-Wood-Stacking" enterprises kind of way.

I also think we have not seen the flex of gun mafia yet, either. They are a more powerful lobbying force than the NRA is now, although that really isn't saying much
anymore. It's hard to qualify this too because most of their stuff is behind the scenes. The NSSF doesnt comes out and say "yeah we went up to Dem-Businblah and told him that we have people inside union-X and we can pull his endorsement in the drop of a hat" etc.

A legality of an EO is a post-factum discussion after EO is announced and getting factually enforced by feds.
i agree 100% with what you are saying. bypassing the congress with EOs is the abomination of all the constitutional republic norms. it bypasses the whole mechanism that was created to prevent and avoid EOs - but, go figure.

One of my favorite quotes...

For Biden: Two steps forward, three steps back.

Maybe he will do an overreach and get a smackdown!

must be an even more fertile source of people with nothing left to lose.
