There aren't a lot of hundred year old military surplus guns which can look this good.

But the Argentine M1909 is one of them.

Saw one just like that at a local shop along with a Chilean. Both were mint and if I had room I'd have probably picked them up.

FWIW, there was some 7.65 Argentine brass listed on armslist a few days ago. A mix of 7.65 and re-formed TW '06 and what looked to be primed surplus (likely berdan-primed). If you reload, it's very easy to trim .30-06 into 7.65mm.
