Aging myself here, but does anybody remember a pump action long gun that shot ping pong balls? My older brother got one for Xmas back about 1956. I also remember he shot most of the bulbs off the Xmas tree

Oh yeah! Big fun indeed. How about the plastic rockets that were filled with water. You snapped them onto a pump. You would pump it up then pull back a little slide and the rocket would take off streamimg water behind it. I think they also came in multiple stages. Those things could really go.

I remember Gung-Ho Commando....a set of everything you'd find in Viet Nam at the time, but in smaller plastic type pieces to get us ready for the draft when we grew up. And what about Johnny-7..??? Grenade launcher on it and pull apart pistol!!!
